Randy's brother AJ and sister-in-law Shirley Moyers run a production company based in Los Angeles. AJ maintains a site that tells about his current projects and also provides a link to his BLOG. Currently, he is working on a project that is shooting in Branson MO.
CENTER FOR CHRISTIAN EDUCATION (CCE) IN MARTIN, SLOVAKIA
The Lutheran Church in Slovakia has existed since the time of Luther's Reformation. However, forty years of communist oppression paralyzed the nation's spirituality. This program of committed and faithful Lutheran's in Slovakia has as it goal to motivate people to know the Truth so they can become free in Christ to serve others. CIRQUE du SOLEIL
Cirque du Soleil began with a very simple dream of enriching the lives of all those who cross their path through their actions and their creativity. Randy and Ellie have seen La Nouba (Orlando) 2 times, Mystere (Las Vegas) 2 times, "O" (Las Vegas), "KA (Las Vegas), "Zumanity" (Las Vegas) and "LOVE" (Las Vegas). Each is completely unique its own way. If you have the chance, don't pass up going to a Cirque performance.
COMPASSIONATE FRIENDS
Randy and Ellie's first daughter, Jera, died shortly after birth in 1980. Compassionate Friends was organized in the United States by their friends Rev. Don Balster and his wife. It is an excellent organization that assists families toward the positive resolution of grief following the death of a child of any age and to provide information to help others be supportive.
CONCORDIA CLASS of 70
In 2006, a group of classmates from the Class of 70 met in Orlando for several days of fun and relaxation. It was so much fun that we are planning a get together (G2G) in June of 2008 at the Fiesta Americana in Cancun. Check out our website below for information and pictures.
CONCORDIA UNIVERSITY - RIVER FOREST, IL
Randy and Ellie are both graduates of Concordia University in River Forest where they received their BA and MA degrees. Currently, Ellie has started her degree in their Early Childhood PhD program. Both of Randy's parents, along with his brother and sister-in-law and Ellie's sister and brother-in-law are also Concordia graduates. Daughter Breann, attended Concordia prior to transferring to Gonzaga to complete her degree in Early Childhood Education. Randy was on the Concordia faculty for 3 years.
GRACE LUTHERAN CHURCH & SCHOOL
Ellie is a teacher and head of the early childhood program at Grace Lutheran Church and School. She has been there for the last 24 years.
HILTON GRAND VACATION CLUB
Over 8 years ago, we joined the Hilton Grand Vacations Club. Previously, Ellie and Randy had been on many time share presentations without buying. It simply didn't make sense in our opinion. Then we went to the presentation by Hilton in Orlando, Florida at SeaWorld. The rest is history. We have stayed at Hilton resort properties in Breckenridge, CO; several times at our "home" resort in Orlando; two times at the resort in Cancun (see travel log pictures); three times at two of the three properties in Las Vegas (see travel long pictures); one time at one of the resort on Sanibel Island, FL; and exchanged thru RCI for a resort in Branson, MO. We have taken our family and friends to stay at many of the same resorts with us. Let us know if you're interested in finding out more about HGVC.
LUTHERAN SPECIAL EDUCATION MINISTRIES
Randy serves on the Chicago area steering committee for LSEM. The Detroit based organization is headed by friend and former Concordia classmate, Dr. Roger DeMeyere. LSEM is a national Christ-centered organization which assists parents, teachers and church leaders who are searching for the latest information and research on special learning needs. Ellie is the Treasurer of the Northern Illinois District Department of Early Childhood Education (NID-DECE) organization. This non-denominational organization, sponsors programs to enrich the skills of early childhood educators in the northern Illinois area.

SYNOD
Those of you who know Randy, also know that for several years he managed entertainers. The first band that he worked with was SYNOD. After 30 years, 3 of the original five members are still together and playing on a regular basis...not the same events that they did when Randy was booking them, however.
